A walk around

This is a Magnolia seed pod.  Isn't it beautiful?

Since Water Aerobics ended, two weeks ago, I've been a lazy butt about exercising.  The classes run from mid-April to mid-October, three days a week.  I attended every chance I could for six months.

Today, I went for a good walk, not far, but I walked for half an hour, so about 1.5 miles.  I'm going to repeat that a couple of more times, then keep extending until I'm at 3 miles in an hour, 3 days a week.  I love to walk, so I'm pretty sure I'll keep at it.

Here's some more photos from my walk.  Have you ever seen a Dragon Fruit?   This is one, not ready for harvest, yet.  That's the dying blossom hanging off the end.

This is one of the fields of Dragon Fruit that our golf course owner has planted.  I did a rant about it here, if you want to read it.  Any green, besides the Dragon Fruit, is property of the HOA or individual yards.

I have succeeded with my NaBloPoMo, 31 post in 31 days.  They're spread about my blogs. Yay, for me!
Thanks for stopping by and sharing my life with me,
