I just worked, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, at the bookstore. A lot of the booksellers were talking about these cute vids, and I thought I'd share with you, what some of our customers are like.
The best one I got, was years ago, an older lady, about 80, asked me if I know what book her daughter had recommended she read. (I didn't know her daughter.) I asked if she knew anything about the book, she did, it was yellow, and new. I asked if it was fiction or non-fiction. (I had a better chance of finding it if it was fiction, because fiction is only about 25% of the store.) It was fiction.
With those clues, I found her book for her. I helps to know the product in the store!
