Winner, winner, I'm a winner.

In honor of Father's Day, Tisha of Sew Content, was giving away these fat-quarters. To enter, I had to tell a memory about my Dad. I have a ton of great Dad memories, but this is the one I choose to share:

I had a wonderful Dad. One of my favorite memories – Dad would sweep the side walk for the entire block so it would be safe for all the kids to roller skate on.

    Yea for you....you must have lived in a 'rich' neighborhood...we didn't even have sidewalks...still don't.
