The disaster in Japan.

Everyone is aware of the tragedy of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan, and the horrid aftermath.  I thought I'd share some good news, related to this.  Today, was the first Tai Chi class I taught since this has started to unfold.  I have 3 women in my class who are now my neighbors, but were born in Japan.  Another is of Japanese ancestry, but was born in Canada.  I checked with them today and all of their families, still in Japan are fine.  Most of them were on the West Coast.  What a relief.

My sisters' daughter-in-law, was also born in Japan, and her family is also safe.

On another Tai Chi note, I have 25 students, all seniors, and the oldest is 92.  She's amazing.
