Quilts in progress.

These are my WIPs. It's the first time since I started quilting, that I haven't finished each project before starting the next one. I feel very disorderly. Last week, I managed to attach all the bindings. This week, I started hand sewing the bindings to the backs.

I'm not a procrastinator, but life has been getting in my way. I'm about half way finished with the green delft, on the top of the stack.

I must admit that this is my least favorite part of making a quilt. I love the conceptualization, the cutting and the assembly; just not the last step.

Right now, I have one more at the long-arm quilter, and one waiting to give her. So really I have seven WIPs, UGH!

  2. I want to see more of the 3 on the top!! I'm the opposite, I don't like the cutting, it makes me nervous.

  3. I think we need to have some sew-cials to help finish too. And we could use the sew-cial to help those (like me) that need help being creative and planning.

Your UFOs are beautiful. Thanks for sharing!

  4. These are beautiful! I must admit that I do like that last hand-sewing step - but it does take a lot of time. Good luck with all your WIPs!
